Ingrid Phillips, E.I.T

Ingrid joined WSE in the fall of 2023 as a junior hydraulic engineer.

Ingrid completed her Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering with a focus on hydrology and hydraulics at the University of Washington. Her undergraduate research focused on modeling regional hydrology and landslides in the Nooksack River basin. She’s excited to apply her academic background to hydrologic and hydraulic modeling. 

In her free time, she enjoys knitting socks, hanging out with her cats, and adventuring outside!
